DOUGLAS PARK

Douglas Park is in the Macarthur Region located about 80 kilometres South-West of Sydney. Low hills and bushland surround the town with the Neapan River running through a rocky gorge south of the town. The causeway crossing the river is a popular swimming and canoeing spot for residents and visitors. Douglas Park has a general store, post office, service station and café as well as local public school with high school students travelling to schools in the surrounding suburbs. Long Day Care Service, playgroup and preschool is all available. The local sportsground is home to the soccer club and Little Athletics Club, has two tennis courts as well as a netball team making it perfect for all children to play their sports.
