As someone who is very busy at work, It has been incredibly reassuring to know that the management of my investment properties is in such capable hands. Over the years, Miranda has consistently screened and recommended high quality tenants, managed issues in the property with impressive speed and efficiency. As a landlord, you want to feel that the property manager is genuinely looking out for your best interests while also caring for the tenants' wellbeing. Miranda managed to find a great balance satisfying both parties. She keeps me informed about any issues that arise and I feel that she is on top of anything that happens in the property. Miranda always consults me on important matters and I think that is very important in building a trusting relationship between landlord, tenant and property manager. Im a landlord of one of my properties for My property Consultants Gregory Hills and yes they got the job done, but I feel there’s room for improvement, especially around communication. I often found it difficult to get timely responses, whether by phone, email, or message. This made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
I also felt that the admin team could be more approachable and customer-friendly. While the overall service was eventually completed, better communication and a more welcoming attitude would really enhance the experience.
