Terrene has been absolutely amazing in helping my family settle into our new home. I called her multiple times—sometimes unsure—and she always guided me patiently, always focused on what was best for my family. She is incredibly responsive (even outside of hours). She goes above and beyond, recently even coming to our home to help with an oven issue so we wouldn’t have to pay a call-out fee for a technician.
