For the past 3 years Donna and her team have been managing our large property in Thirlmere. For 2 of those years we were living overseas, which would normally create extra stress in trying to keep our investment from falling to pieces. Donna’s communication has been exceptional, and we have been fully and promptly informed when issues arise. From the beginning, Donna ensured our property was at a standard that would keep any tenant happy and she continues to keep the property at an exceptional standard with routine inspections. We are paid promptly and I truly can’t thank Donna enough for all she has done to maintain our investment to the highest possible standard.
